Derek makes only one Bespoke Cake a week so he is fully committed to the client and creation of the cake.

Most of his Custom Designed cakes cost between £550 and £700 for a three tier, fruit cake which will serve 150 guests.

As a Bespoke Designer, Derek will involve you in every step of the process, from an initial meeting where shape, size, colour, style and flavour of your cake is discussed and sketched (see right), to the final week when Derek will send you photographs, for your approval, at all stages of the final decoration.
